Many organizations, businesses and government agencies convey awards to finalists who present research in areas that coincide with that organization's mission. All organizations that wish to give out Special Awards for the 2008 CSEF, must submit the following form by March 1, 2008. For more information about Special Awards and judging, please contact Sam Bartlett, the Special Awards Coordinator.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the switch to electronic submission of registrations, CSSF, Inc. is no longer collecting social security numbers from students. We still have mailing addresses available for you during judging on Thursday.

Our organization will need Social Security Number(s) from the winner(s) in order to process their check.
CSEF will provide the winner(s) with a standard form that they can send back to you with this information.

We are unable to provide our own presenter. Please ask the President of the CSSF, Inc. Board of Directors to present this award on our behalf.

Awards Ceremony Statement Instructions:
To give students time to make it to the stage to receive their award, we would like to have a short statement to say about the organization giving the award.
Please provide a one sentence statement about your organization that you would like read at the Awards Ceremony.
This statement can be a smaller portion of your Awards Ceremony Program Script and is limited to 300 characters (including spaces).
Please note that in some cases, these statements may be edited for uniformity.

For Example: Analex Corporation designs, develops, and tests aerospace and medical products and systems in conjunction with developing intelligence and biodefense solutions in support of our nation's security.

Awards Ceremony Program Script Instructions:
An Awards Ceremony Program is made available to parents and finalists who attend the CSEF Awards Ceremony on Friday evening.
In this program are brief descriptions about the organizations, government agencies, and businesses that present Special Awards.
Please provide us with a short description about your organization as you would like printed in the CSEF Awards Ceremony Program.
Please note that in some cases, script format and/or content may be edited for uniformity.

For Example: The Air and Waste Management Association, Rocky Mountain State Section, is a nonprofit professional organization whose mission is to provide a forum for the discussion of technical concepts and issues related to complex air quality and waste management problems. The membership is comprised of local, state and federal government employees, industry representatives, private consultants, environmental activists, and students.
